Notes
"Company Cut" is calculated as Gross × (1 − Split). Example: split 80% → company cut 20%.
If a load has a stored split, we use that. If not, we use that driver's split override; if none, we use the global default split in Settings.
Fixed Weekly Costs (Selected Driver)
Fixed costs are split across loads using "Loads per week" below. These costs are saved individually for each driver.
Global Defaults
Global split and target net are defaults. You can override per driver below.
Driver Overrides (Selected Driver)
Example split: 0.80 (80%), 0.88 (88%). This affects new loads + company cut analytics. Existing loads keep their saved split.
Target net: Set a specific weekly goal for this driver (e.g., 1500, 2000). Leave blank to use global default.
Miles/day: How many miles this driver can realistically drive per day (default: 600). Used in Load Analyzer.
Truck & Trailer Info (Selected Driver)
Keep track of which truck and trailer each driver is using.
Driver Status (Selected Driver)
Paused drivers will show a warning when you try to add loads. Adding a load automatically resumes the driver.
Privacy: this tool stores data in the cloud (Firebase). All users with login credentials share the same company data.
